Assistant Manager Consumer Products job is available in Islamabad to work with a leading telecom company in Pakistan. Ideal candidate for Assistant Manager Products must have minimum Bachelors degree whereas MBA will be preferred with 4 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Products. Consumer Products unit is responsible for the development of new products and services for the company in recharging, billing and order management domains. Assistant Manager Consumer Products is responsible to manage projects and team members ensuring timely delivery of projects complying to agreed requirements. This position will also assist in developing, streamlining implementation processes, ensuring compliance to implemented Products standards. Responsibilities:  Managing a team of project managers responsible for new product development in recharge and billing domains. Monitor/ provide guidance in projects taken up by team members Developing detailed road-map and processes for the products responsible for in consultation with Product Customers and other stakeholders Manage cross-functional project teams for project planning and implementation Coordination on daily basis with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Financial Services, Customer Care and Technology divisions Release and change request management for recharge, billing and order management systems Conducting efficient product scoping in co-ordination with cross functional team Ensure project status visibility to stakeholders at all management levels Skills:  Product development experience in Telco environment with complete command on both Traditional and Agile project management methodologies. Good understanding of billing and recharge/retailer network in Telco setting.
