We are expanding team and further business, we now have a new urgent need for an additional team member for Team Management Coordinator. You’ll be part of a busy dynamic team for one of the largest Dietary Food Supplements company with offices all across the globe. You’ll be part of the Company's "Talent Network Group" which is one of the best teams in our organization as far as Talent Acquisition is concerned. Your Role responsibilities are as below; The ability to cover roles within team due to absence. Collate and maintain team progress activities. Production of 90 day work plan and act accordingly. Liaison with customer/suppliers until satisfaction. Review of invoices for service/goods provided. Monitor and improve strengths and weakness of team staff. Manage, maintain and analyze the results of quality. Requirements: Demonstrate a high level of confidence, self-motivation and initiative. Previous Leadership role or similar. Excellent communicator. Customer Facing Skills. Ability to work on own initiative, to resolve issues and proactively avoid problems. Have a flexible and willing approach to work, & a good Team Player.
