Responsibilities:
To ensure effective implementation of company’s sales operation system and policies in the context of sales & distribution of  products and services.
To ensure proper on boarding protocols for new franchise and franchise termination as per process.
To gather Market visits/Intelligence/insight on regular basis.
Understand the FS, Post-paid , MNP sales & system  issue & resolve it on time
To ensure that the staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills
Preparation of annual training plan split into quarters and months & execution of training calendar.
To guide the Post-paid Executive, MNP Executive, System Support Executive & plan to understand the Post-paid sales, MNP sales & system  issue & resolve it on time
All Post Sales Related issue which include but not limited to GSM, FS & Internet.
To provide the technical support to the regional team on Recharge/post-paid sales & system support related issues.
To plan the execution of stock order on time & sufficient stock should be available in the market.
To ensure correct and up to date mapping of sales staff/franchises/retailers/territories in LI and Tracker
To assist for resolution in network related issues.
End to end management & responsibility for franchise channel operation for GSM, FS and internet devices
Ensuring smooth and error free channel upkeep on all franchise channel related processes & systems.
Liaison with key stakeholders in regulatory, logistics, IT and regional sales teams for issue resolution and followup
Custodian SOP adherence in respective region.
Quarterly audit all the business applications including legitimate uses and access levels for all business applications
To ensure that all the information is communicated timely & effectively, to the relevant channel (across the region)
To ensure that the staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills
To plan the execution of stock order on time & sufficient stock should be available in the market.
To provide the technical support to the regional team on Recharge/Postpaid sales & system support related issues.
Identify, measure, monitor and mitigate risks in the implementation and execution of branchless banking business and New Sim sale process on distribution channels
Improve processes/policies keeping strong Inter departmental coordination
execution of  franchisee  selection & on boarding as per devised SOPs
Channel ordering/Credit management for FS and GSM
Liaison with Planning team for continuous improvement of processes and operations.
