Continental Cook is required in Sukkur for an integrated multi services Corporation. Cooks having 6 months to 2 years of relevant cooking experience are encouraged to apply for the job in Sukkur.Continental Cook must be an expert in Breakfast dishes and have knowledge of Hotel management. Cook should ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. A certification in hotel management will be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, etc.)
- Expert in Breakfast (Cheese Omelet, Scramble egg, Burger and sandwiches)
- Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
- Check food while cooking to stir or turn
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
