Country Executive Chef job is available in Karachi with a FMCG company. Minimum diploma level in hospitality or culinary studies is required with 3 years in the hospitality industry (training experience at various companies). Chef must have worked; cooking on Buffets or cooking station or cooking in front of guests. Experience in hospitality channels such as; Catering and Events, Independent Restaurants/Casual dinning outlets, Hotels 4 or 5 star, International Chains and Local Chains is required.
Job purpose of the Country Executive Chef is to provide support to the Customer Team through training, in order to improve the culinary skills of the team. The Regional Customer Chef also serves as a key link between the business and the customers.
Responsibilities:
- Theoretical and practical training
- Culinary role plays and demos
- Taste sessions, culinary quiz and chefmanship awareness
- Improve product knowledge among sales team
- Enhance culinary image and awareness of total business
- Implementation of product identification amongst the sales force
- Tailor solutions through applications (Grip, Grab, Grow)
- Culinary skills assessments and development plans for sales team
- Create and update recipe manuals
- Provide culinary solutions to customers and assist with complaints
- Identify opportunity and develop culinary excellence
- Increased chefmanship throughout the industry through Trade shows & other various culinary events
- Customer demonstrations and presentations
- Marketing of new products
- One-on-one interaction with the customers
- Assist Sales Consultants with their customer calls
- Communicate with Key Accounts to provide key insights into products.

- Recipe development & continuous expansion
- Culinary advice to the industry
- Assist with new product development
- Keep up with trends, demands and insights
- Benchmark internal products with competitor products
