A leading Trading group of company in Karachi requires the services of an Executive Secretary to CEO. The ideal resource required for the position must have a Bachelors Degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in organizing and maintaining the schedule of the CEO and assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Females are encouraged to apply for this position.Executive Secretary to CEO will be responsible for handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Good communication skills.
