Head of Professional Services job is available in Karachi with a Leading Pharmaceutical company. If you have done BSC (Engineering)/ B.E or MBA in marketing/business and have 5 to 7 years of diagnostics or related field experiences which includes 2 or more years P & L management experience. Ideal candidate for the position must have In-depth familiarity with competitive activity in the Diagnostic/ Equipment industry and Experience of managing teams.

Head of Professional Services job role is to lead recruitment, hiring and induction for direct reports and other key positions within the BU. Work with BU and other cross-functional partners / stakeholders to establish and set  annual metrics for all products across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

People Management/Team Leadership

• Leads identification, planning and implementation of the appropriate infrastructure for the BU team – organizational design, resource requirements, compensation, budgets, immediate-, medium- and long-term capacity building.
• Leads recruitment, hiring and induction for direct reports and other key positions within the BU
• Leads company’s performance management cycle within the local BU
• Encourages and rewards innovation and accountability
• Identifies, leads, or otherwise assigns, special projects that further the success and effectiveness of the Business Unit.

Business Management

• Works with BU and other cross-functional partners/stakeholders to establish and set  annual metrics for all products across the portfolio.
• Conducts regular reviews with BU teams and other partners/stakeholders to identify threats, variances or other risks to the business and its growth opportunities. Leads timely development and implementation of partnerships and/or corrective or other actions to address risks and capitalise on opportunities.

Effectively collaborates and communicates cross-functionally self-managed Teams (SMT)

• Builds and maintains effective professional working relationships with internal/external partners and stakeholders.  Ensure the same among team
• Reviews overall business performance, including revenue, spend and resources
• Initiate and/or identify innovative opportunities for continuous improvement and/or competitive advantage to the business
• Comply with all Local Operating Guidelines (LOGs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximise the effectiveness.
