Responsibilities:
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries & complaints via Calls with utmost professionalism and ensure First Calls Resolution with high quality customer service at all times
- Ensure that customer queries generated by him/her should be resolved in the specified Turnaround time (TAT) by following up on services requests.
- Feedback/escalate any urgent /critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
- Maintain confidentiality of the organization’s customers and data.
- Contribute to manage team objectives through team work
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
- Ability to work in stress hours
- Must be passionate, dedicated and self-motivated.
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be regular and punctual
