Workplace Services Officer job role is to support the Junior Manager Workplace Services in order to maintain facilities as per defined standards at Foods Factory. Also responsible to effectively communicate with supply chain & factory teams to support the delivery of services aligned with the operating model.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in transport system.
• Activities of area falling under admin supervision
• Facilities Management
• Record keeping and preparation of different reports.
• To ensure smooth management of dispatches (documents & supplies) related to factory.
• Inventory management (Receiving, sorting, stocking, issuing and documenting goods/consumable items) efficiently and effectively.
• Factory pool cars as per guidelines.
• Reconciliation of petty cash vouchers on weekly basis.
• Office Management

Skills:

• Command on Microsoft office.
