Responsibilities:
- Assist in transport system.
- Activities of area falling under admin supervision
- Facilities Management
- Record keeping and preparation of different reports.
- To ensure smooth management of dispatches (documents & supplies) related to factory.
- Inventory management (Receiving, sorting, stocking, issuing and documenting goods/consumable items) efficiently and effectively.
- Factory pool cars as per guidelines.
- Reconciliation of petty cash vouchers on weekly basis.
- Office Management
