Product Manager position is responsible for the effective marketing of assigned products. Ensure the development of promotional activities according to marketing strategy. Carry out the market research activities. Evaluate new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate and implement the product strategy and long-term, medium-term and short-term business plans (incl. sales budget and tactical plans) for the specific products, ensuring that these support the corporate objectives.
- Strategize and plan around the product promotion based on the accurate understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
- Responsible for each allocated product’s life cycle management including the product launch plan and actual launch as well as sustaining the existing products.
- Responsible for new product opening in system, product pricing, setting list price and customer specific prices in system.
- Generate and extract sales reports from SAP, do sales analysis, monitor sales against placed instruments and identify opportunities to increase ROI.
- Prepare and arrange, with the help of marketing coordinator, quotations for various customers as per field force requirement.
