Responsibilities:

• Hiring of Labour / Lower Management Staff
• Development of SOPs for Non-management employees and implementation of the same.
• System of hiring / appointing as well as system for factory and office work schedule to be developed.
• Should have HR management experience in a pharmaceutical company. Can also interact with relevant outside agencies such as SESSI, EBOI, Labour, Drug Regulatory Agencies etc and sort out the mutual issues independently with them.
