Digital Marketing SEO Specialist
- Plan, manage, and contribute to the company’s social media feeds, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Identify and implement strategies for increasing the volume of traffic and conversions through paid media outlets.
- Plan, develop, and help to execute digital programs and campaigns for online advertising, website strategy, and design
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Make recommendations based on research, keyword and competitive analysis
- Measure, analyze and report on the impact of online marketing campaigns.
- Support Holiday’s objective of understanding customer motivations and satisfaction by provide website analytic support.
- Assist in data collection and reporting against monthly KPIs. Responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance against initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers, Marketing Coordinators, Graphic Designers, Copywriters and other team members to ensure a timely, accurate and professional finished product.
- Devise and deliver specific, actionable plans for improving search engine marketing performance. Prioritize initiatives and manage all aspects of projects with direct accountability for the growth of KPIs
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/BBA/BPA) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing SEO at the enterprise level for a multi-site or product program.
- Experience working with SEO optimization tools and partners
- 2 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the real estate industries.
- Confident and effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Advanced MS Excel fluency required.
- Experience with Content Management Systems and in leveraging site analytics programs for insights (Google Analytics).
