Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team
  • Must be highly motivated, very disciplined and very work focused.
  • Supervise staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage and mentor team of Recruiters
  • Analyse employees’ work and discuss with manager about the employees’ work progress.
