HR /Recruitment Officer
- Coordinate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on recruitment.
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant positions.
- Schedule and organize interviews.
- Participate in applicant interviews.
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
- Ensure that employee files and related documents and complete and tagged as per the instruction given by HR executive
- Maintain file tracking sheet
- Maintain employment records, which includes accession list, head count and confirmation reports.
- Process employment contracts, undertaking of confidentiality, confirmation letters, termination and resignation letters as per the instructions from Operations.
- Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
