Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate with minimum 6 years’ experience in handling the manufacturing processes ( Manpower Handling in multiple shifts, Shift allocation/planning, Production reporting of entire foiling process on ERP/SAP/any other software).
He should have worked in FMCG/Medical device or any other manufacturing company Manufacturing processes not necessary he should be in foiling(API & Bulk Drug not preferred as the process is almost automated with reactors).
Should have handled union employees and good to have a person with local language (Kannada) speaking ability, but if all the specifications are matching and language is only the concern we can consider him for the position.

- Handling Manpower
- Production report in any of the above Software
- Quality Check with the packaging
- Handling Union Employees
