Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and IT background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with IT Managers. You must have Sales experience of working in the Software Products & Services industry. This position is to cover the Local & International Market.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
  • Making proactive calls, building relationships and performing other business development activities.
  • Collaborate with technical team to present the customer with time cost estimate against the requirements.
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange requests/meetings
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Working to monthly KPI's and targets
  • Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close
  • Update prospect interactions and statuses in Excel/CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Qualification & Required Experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Software Sales Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
