Deputy Manager HR
- Overlooking all human resource activities regarding workers including hiring, attendance management, compensation and payroll, labor relations, benefits, training and development ensuring the delivery of an efficient, effective, consistent and customer-focused HR service to the company
- Serving as a coordinator between employees and Govt departments i.e. EOBI, Social Security, Labor department, WWB etc.
- Developing and executing training and development courses for workers.
- Facilitating the compliance of social & customer audits.
- Coordinating with ERP department for maintaining and updating human resource information system
- Ensuring the execution of the value addition initiatives and improvements suggested in the systems.
- Coming up with new ideas to improve various prevalent systems i.e. leave management system, payroll integration etc.
