Role and Responsibilities
To organize and manage an in-house marketing team with the responsibility of designing and implementing an omni-channel marketing strategy for the group aiming at image building, customer engagement and prospecting.
- Develop and lead customer acquisition strategy for mobile/online & contact center as well as customer retention strategy, i.e. digital marketing ecosystem.
- Creates content that promotes customer interaction, increases customer presence on company sites, and encourages customer engagement/participation.
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
- Maintaining social media channels including Face book, LinkedIn, Twitter Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, Word Press, Sprinkler, etc.
- Identify and leverage critical market and competitive data to segment and define target markets.
- Prepare the right product strategy depending on current market positioning.
- Liaise with MIS team and third-party vendors to create ERP/CRM modules and online/mobile applications.
- Integrating with existing ERP/CRM and adding value.
- Design a quarterly promotional calendar.
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
- Monitoring & reporting of the impact of the marketing activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer & industry surveys.
- Promoting E-commerce.
- Search engine optimization.
- Submission of annual marketing plan and budget.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 360-degree experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experienced in large and complex data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, YOU Tube).
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Web Trends etc.)
- Understanding of HTML and XML.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- BSc/BBA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
