Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing methods and processes for electro mechanical assemblies.
- Process implementation and validation for new products.
- Change management implementation.
- Provide Technical guidance and support to manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance.
- Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields.
- Prepares process documentation and procedures including work instructions and bill of material.
- Take part in continuous improvement activities and work on cost reduction , productivity improvement , quality issues of existing operations.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in manufacturing / process engineering with background in electro mechanical assembly is preferred.
- Experience in making work instructions using 3D Cad is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly, industrial processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and techniques (line balancing etc).
