Assistant Brand Manager

JOB SUMMARY
- Managing brand operations of the skincare portfolio
- Lead all promotional activities related to the brand
- Manage stock pipeline of any price or packaging changes
- Develop and execute consumer promotions
- Developing 2019 strategy for the portfolio within the context of the Skincare strategy
- Analyse building blocks for forecasted growth
- Deep dive on product attributes and CVDs
- Develop packaging and SKU strategy
- Gathering insights from the dust market (relating to consumers, customers and competitors) and cascading to the broader team
- Analysing brand financials and developing interventions to improve profitability
- Competitors Analysis- shadow costing, benchmarking with R&D, and building product improvement plans
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2-5 years of relevant experience within the category
