Your Mission
Responsible for:
  • presenting the overall IVD product portfolio to Export Team, distributors and customers to support the market growth, increase the technical knowledge of the workforce in the field and coordinate the marketing activities agreed with the Export Team .
  • analysing the market environment and translating main marketing needs into programs.
  • managing and directing product management activities acting also as interaface between the Export Team and the Corporate Marketing

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions
‐Provide support to Export Team and distributors by coordinating: training , conferences, congress participation and visits, VIP visits, and eventually Customer Care and Corporate service interventions
‐Ensure that distributors are provided the most up-to-date tools and information.
‐From frequent visits, challenge Distributor capability/level/skill by interviewing service/sales/product managers and analyse their organizational structure and function. Provide analysis and recommendations to the distributor and a written report to the Area Sales Manager and Regional Director.
‐Ensure that distributors are communicating with DiaSorin appropriately through the correct channels.
‐Participate in scientific conferences attended by customer, to facilitate meetings and attendance of lectures.
‐Coordinate, along with Area Sales Managers and Regional Director, regional Distributor meetings.
‐With distributors, visit customers/problematic customer/potential customers to better understand their needs and provide support to distributors.
‐ Ensure that customer care investigations are being handled efficiently.
‐ Ensure that the Distributor Service team are adequately trained.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years job experience in equivalent positions in In Vitro Diagnostic companies
Some years of sale experience in the IVD sector is preferable.
Technical Competencies
o Good knowledge of microbiology and biochemistry
o managing automated system for the diagnostic laboratory use
Skills
‐ Ability to develop solid product strategy and translate it into executable plans
‐ Strong organizational and analytical skills
‐ Ability to build effective working relationships
‐ Flexibility, good orientation and focus ability
‐ Good team management
‐ Excellent written and oral communication skills
‐ Ability to present in public to small and large audiences
‐ Seasoned Experience using Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel
Languages
Fluent spoken and written English . Italian language skills would represent a plus
