• Should have Experience in Builders for at least 12 to 15 years in Core marketing.
• Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives.
• Should be able to Head the Marketing Division for the brand and should handle Brand growth Planning, Marketing Communication, Brand Positioning.
• Should also head the channel sales, Media marketing
• Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
• Should be able to come up with new ideas for branding and marketing of the whole company.
• Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
