Internship - Analytics - Digital Marketing
The intern will be part of the Analytics Team in Digital Marketing providing web analytics support to drive analytical business results and foster data drive strategy

- Reporting and analysis on Pirelli products website performance including e-commerce Velo and user behavior
- Reporting and analysis on digital marketing activity (paid campaign) that drives traffic to Pirelli websites
- Data Extraction, Data Transformation, Data Integration within the current technological web analytics ecosystem (Google Cloud Platform), making sure complexity is getting reduced and managed by Analysis and Insight Generation
- Clients and Prospects statistical analysis based on online behavior. Connect to others departments to integrate online data into corporate technology stack (Data Warehouse), supporting an omni-channel Client Strategy.
- Reporting on omni-channel KPIs. Drill down on performance to provide deeper insights.
- Analyze conversion rate optimization activities, such as A/B testing in close collaboration with external User Experience team.
- Build Power Point presentations for major Company meetings as well as presentations to update/inform Top Management and Shareholder on digital performance/activities.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Statistics or Computer Science possibly with a university course or MOOC specialization (Coursera, Udacity, Udemy, ecc.) on Web Analytics or Data Science
- Experience (university or stage) on web analytics
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and process quantitative data
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics data using BigQuery / SQL language is preferred
- Excellent Office Excel and PowerPoint skills. A/B Testing methodology is as a preferred skill.
- Proficient in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
- Confidence with multichannel attribution model, Customer Journey perspective as a logical framework for analysis,
