Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implementing the brand plan to customer and stores with excellence accordingly with the strategy defined at WE level.
- In charge of 4 Ps management Shelf, Range & Format strategy adapted to channels
- Innovation reviews for and with customers (to be adjusted by country depending on relevance )
- Transform the Brand Marketing Mix proposal to the country channel strategy in terms of Formats, size, pricing strategy, promo strategy, Direct marketing
- Developing tailor made customer activation plans.
- Leading local activation together with media agencies and with support of Go to Market Manager.
- Leading strategy and implementation for Point of Purchase material including displays, shelf talkers and couponing.
- Insight analysis (shopper data, Nielsen data etc) relevant to market trend and consumer
- Analysis & tracking of competitors strategies
- Product specification in terms of technical information, PCP
- Packaging and project execution related to the brand
- The local marketing activator works together in close cooperation with the WE marketing team to adopt plans to local market circumstances.
- Responsible for owning (partially) the Annual Business plan for the Italian market .
- Strong cooperation with local sales and CatMan communities to understand and anticipate on local challenges.
- Ownership of the Couponing budget by each category & sub-brand
- Actively participate in monthly Sales Meetingprocess, identifyrisks and opportunities, and collaborate with sales team in order to develop and implement plans.Requirements:
- Strong presentation skills and experience, strong communication skills
- Proven ability and experience of influencing agenda’s is critical
- Excellent analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial and assertive
- Outstanding interpersonal / collaborative skills
- Prior relevant experience in marketing (3-5 years) with strong (potential) understanding of KC’s Way of Brand Building.
- Understands and is able to balance company, consumer and customers interests when executing and developing local plans.
