About The Role...

An extraordinary opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Assistant based in our Support Office which is located in the Adelaide CBD.

As a Marketing Assistant you will contribute to programs by promoting and adding value to our membership program, as well as facilitating community engagement. Key responsibilities will require liaising with external organisations and internal stakeholders, working in a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Plus
  • Build and maintain an ongoing program providing members with opportunities to access third party offers of genuine value
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities for the Member Plus program

Local area marketing
  • Coordinate store specific marketing opportunities
  • Facilitate the promotion of National Pharmacies through sponsored community clubs and groups

National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant
  • Participate in, and provide support to, the Pageant Coordinators team.
  • Liaise with our advertising agency, Pageant Management and other parties to ensure branding and marketing opportunities arising from our sponsorship are implemented with maximum benefit to organisational goals.

About You...

Essential
  • Experience in marketing, corporate sales or communications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and problem solver
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Competent in using MS Office programs (minimum Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar business related filed
  • Project coordination or event management skills
  • Experience in a membership environment
