The individual will be a part of the Marketing function and the primary role will be implementation of various marketing initiatives for specific Cards products. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Qualification and Experience
- Develop the go-to-market plan for the launch of new and existing Card products & the plan for year-round promotion of the same
- Branding & designing the communication for feature-led campaigns
- Conceptualize and design the collaterals, welcome kits etc. in line with the overall brand guidelines
- Design customer communication across media for relevant target audience basis customer insights
- Identify clear metrics for evaluating spends on marketing
- Maintain brand integrity across product lines across all mediums for internal and external communication.
Qualification and Experience
- 4 years- experience in marketing, brand management, advertising or other brand-building roles
- MBA / Post Graduate
- Interest in developing consumer insights
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact with multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and be able to handle multiple brands/categories simultaneously.
