Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Care Department. As a Customer Support Representative, you would be representing a USA based company to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders and escalate complaints across several communication channels.
Job Responsibilities:
· Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
· Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
· Manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
· Should be able personally engage with the customer and upsell or provide new alternatives to the Customer
Timings: 6 pm to 2 am
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs35,000.00 /month
Experience:
- CSR: 2 years (Preferred)
