IT and Central Filing Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- BS in Computer Sciences OR IT
- Knowledge of archiving Software (Share point, Bitrix 24, eFileCabinet etc.)
- 3-4 years in Central Filing/Archiving or IT department.Responsibilities
- Central Filing
- Maintaining complete record in hard files and Soft form.
- Archiving of all records.
- Mail processing and Dissemination .
- Maintenance of all hardware and software dedicated to Central Filing.
- Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed documents.
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners
- Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
- IT
- Assist IT manager in maintain inventory of all regions.
- Centralized support at head office in printing, faxing and scanning.
- Serving as the first point of contact for end-user support of computer systems/networks on a routine basis.
- Manages the daily activities of local network systems and perform diagnostics.
- Assist IT manager in developing, monitoring and implementing network and data security procedures for safeguarding organization data and users.
- Replacing hardware parts as required.
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems and application for office staff as per requirement.
- Maintaining DVR/NVR CCTV cameras and PABX of organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs30,000.00 /month
