Senior Operation Officer Job is available in Karachi for one of the leading public listed company in Pakistan. Candidates having Bachelors/Masters along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Terminal Documentation or Shipping Line are encouraged to apply.

Senior Operation Officer Job role is responsible for communication & dealing with customers on front-desk, email and phone in professional and problem-solving manner.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Communication & Dealing with customer on front-desk, email and phone in professional and problem-solving manner.
  • Receiving, checking, verification, processing, feeding & Filing of Import/Export documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness & real-time processing of documentation & system entries.
  • Ensure accurate, complete & on-time reporting related to your area of work.
  • Maintain effective Coordination & Communication Intra-department & Inter-departments.
  • Assist Assistant Executive & Shift Manager in supervising departmental activities and carry-out any special assignment given by them.
  • Incumbent should be able to perform in highly regulated work environment and pressure situation.
  • Job responsibilities will require to perform duties in Shifts & Non-conventional timing & incumbent should be physically, mentally and physiologically fit for that.

 

 

Skills:

  • Understanding of Terminal & Shipping Documentation & Customs (Import/Export).
  • Front desk dealing & document management.
  • English reading & writing, Computer & MS office suit operating & typing.
