Customer Service Representative
- Provide support to all the clients; clear all of their queries and turn it into a potential sale for the organization.
 
- Maintains associations with customers by offering help, data, and direction; looking into and suggesting new chances; prescribing benefit and administration enhancements.
 
- Prepares reports by gathering, breaking down and abridging data.
 
- Provide and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
 
- Establishing, keeping and growing a customer base while suitably satisfying the requirements of existing customers
 
- Generating leads and building a network for opportunity referrals.
 
- Assisting in building up a long haul supportable business by growing long haul vital organization. Increasing business openings through different courses to advertise.
 
- Identifies item upgrades or new items by staying current on industry patterns, advertise exercises, and contenders.
 
Requirements:
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
 - Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
 - Problem break down skills.
 - Good communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
 - Honest, hardworking and a good team player
 
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
Experience:
·2 years of related experience.
Salary Package: (30k-40K) + Sales Commission
