it’s a Field based sales job. BDE (Business Development Executive) is required to be daily in field hitting target market, generating & qualifying leads into customers independently.

- Identifying new sales leads for IT
- Pitching QA & Automation services and products
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person
- Proven experience on Managing independently field based Software sales (ERP/POS) from leads generation to qualification.
- Managing Direct selling/Indirect selling both field based & online based
- managing inbound & outbound sales calls
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Product Sales Presentation & Proposal, contract management is a must
- Sales Negotiation skills is mandatory.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with Prospects & Customers
- Managing activity tracking and reporting activities on regular basis
- Attending networking events.
- Achieving Sales Targets within given timeline
- Be able to resolute customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Market knowledge of local SME's and enterprises
- Be savvy in talk and direct email for all inbound and outbound leads
- You must be go-getter, hardworking and a creative problem solver
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs20,000.00 to Rs25,000.00 /month
Experience:
- Business Development ERP: 1 year (Preferred)
