Position Summary:
The Digital Circular Manager is responsible for leading the team of Production Specialists who are responsible for delivering digital circulars. In this highly visible leadership role, you will make a marked contribution to DC processes and efficiency, client service support, and quality of service. The Manager is responsible for the internal coordination, expediting, and scheduling of the various elements of digital circular and managing the overall project and ensuring timely delivery with top notch quality. Areas of accountability include managing internal relationships, contract fulfillment, training and mentoring, issue resolution, and contribution to solutions for pre- and post-sales support.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and work closely with the Campaign Management team to ensure that expectations are properly set for digital circulars
  • Direct staffing, training, performance management and development of global Production team
  • Scale resources and define efficiencies; track metrics and constantly improve the self-service model
  • Own DC process and standards, designed to drive both efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain daily production work log and assign DC work to the team and track progress for timely delivery.
  • DC projects are time critical and have no room for slippages. Manager must be able to plan resources for timely delivery.
  • Keep production work on schedule, and provide timely warning to Client Services regarding problems in the scheduled work flow which could either reduce the efficiency of operations or result rescheduling of dates
  • Constantly maximize and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and deliverables.
  • Ability to do direct hands-on coupon production
  • Provides input to Business Solutions and Technical Services regarding new product ideas and ideas for enhancements.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure a seamless fulfillment of products and services to the Client
  • Process and Systems subject matter expert for the entire Client Services group, to act as a primary resource for the Product Management and Development organizations; coordinate QA testing of system enhancements and upgrades for Operations tools and resources
  • Maintain the Client Services wishlist for systems enhancements
  • Single point of contact for disseminating information and updating the Client Services team regarding system issues
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and resolve escalated customer problems as needed.
  • Interface with Client Service Business Operations for analysis
  • Support Finance with month-end close

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business field with five years progressive customer service, account management, or customer development and retention experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Management and mentoring team members to grow technically and professionally.
  • Experience in project management, which includes running projects end-to-end.
  • Experience in complex, fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Top notch telephone, customer service, written and presentation skills
  • Experience with online business or commerce and/or digital promotions is preferred
  • Highly proficient in computer navigation skills and shortcuts, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop
  • Skilled communicator with a passion for helping people and the ability to anticipate and handle all customer situations
