Responsible for Electronic manufacturing:
Establishment of profiles and tools for SMT and THT machines
Monitoring of production line and process to ensure the process and the parameters meet the global standards
Establishment of SOP / Procedures to meet the QMS/ EHS requirements
Corrective and preventive actions for the failures and problems faced in the operations to eliminate the same in future
Implementation of Lean tools in factory as per the SPS ( Siemens Production System ) requirements to meet the global and unit objectives
Procurement of spares and equipment as when required to maintain / enhance the system
People management and development in shop floor
Qualification : B.E ( Electronics & Communication / instrumentation ) with 6 -8 years experience in electronic manufacturing unit or Diploma in electronics / Electrical or instrumentation with 10 years and above )
