Tasks
As a Supplier Development Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Support the suppliers in development of new parts / enable the supplier to speed up in development of new products.
- Support the supplier to gain more stability in the production process to eliminate random quality issues.
- Participate in Engineering Projects to give input at first-hand about reliability of sourcing by Indian suppliers.
- Support in development of robust supply chain with focused approach in following KPI’s.
- On Time Delivery / Lead time
- Agility related to demand changes
Requirements
Your Background
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-7 years in the field of Foundry & Machining
