As our Current BLM – Brand Portfolio is stepping down to pursue his career outside Atlas Copco, we are looking for a dynamic leader who could take challenge of quantum and sustainable growth. Reporting to the General Manager of the Company, you will be responsible for the development and profitable growth of Brand Portfolio. The main objectives of the position are: - -Ensure Aggressive penetration and business development of Brand Portfolio products and achieve Year on Year growth of sales, Market share, revenue and profit. -Manage and grow Direct / Indirect marketing / Sales organization to bring maximum effectiveness and efficiency. -Identify and implement sales management best practices. - Continuous development of CECCATO Business with a special focus on small to medium enterprises. - Continue Development of Mark Business in the territory through re-sellers. - Continue Developing Other Brand Portfolio brands like Worthington, ALUP etc. -Active management of territory by close analysis of parameters such as growth, penetration, opportunity, Competition etc. -Continuous improvement of the way to market process, with the aim of improving conversion rates and sales efficiency. -Developing and increasing product mix by giving equal chance to all brands within brand portfolio through both the direct and indirect channels. -Implementation of a strong distribution strategy with special attention on Territory Management. -Further extension and implementation of the proactive business model for Mark brand and Piston Compressors. -Continuously developing distribution channels and further strengthen them through training and development approach. -Follow the company policies as stated in The Way We Do Things, including the Business Code of Practice and Compliance. -Recognize, understand and create customer needs in the local market as well as follow up on competitors’ activities. -Ensure solid relationships with key customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels. -Work very closely together with CTS. -Consistently analyse the business within the territory and identify target areas for action, encouraging the sales team to take this action wherever possible.

Mission

Your mission is to develop and grow the Brand Portfolio business in Pakistan in accordance with divisional targets and objectives, including the development and implementation of short and long-term business development plans.

Experience requirements

The Business Line Manager – Brand Portfolio will be responsible for the development, management and continuous improvement of the Atlas Copco Pakistan – Brand Portfolio organization and the profitable growth of the division. You will also: · Have strong sales and marketing experience. · Have proven commercial and business awareness. · Be self-motivated and able to motivate and lead a team. · Have strong technical skills and extensive 10 Years’ experience preferably in Compressed Air business. · Be able to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues. · Have good communication skills and computer literate. · Have strong planning and organizing skills. · Have a University degree in Engineering or similar through extensive experience. · Have Minimum 5 Years management experience and good understanding of Atlas Copco financials (in particular those related to Brand Portfolio). · Be an excellent people manager. · Be results oriented. · Pro-active leadership in business / marketing and project planning process. · Be highly customer oriented. · Have very strong communication and negotiation skills. · Be able to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals. · Have high integrity and initiative. · Have a dynamic team building personality. · Have good skills in understanding administration, planning and quality processes.

Educational requirements

-Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Management or similar with at least 10 years’ experience. -Five Years’ Experience as Manager in a reputed Service Organization. -Management diploma / Degree is an added advantage..

Personality requirements

  • Proactive, Result oriented, Strong leadership with sleeves up "Can do" Attitude.
