Basic Function : The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Organization in the absence of the DGM/GM and to otherwise support the DGM/GM in all aspects of running the Organization. The AGM will supports the selection and development of all positions of the organization. The AGM is responsible monitoring and developing the company sales and execution of the jobs. The AGM is responsible to manage and oversee all safety processes within the Company. The AGM ensures client satisfaction.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that clients be satisfied by Company services and jobs executions.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up with sales and technical executions teams for timely completion of the tasks.
  • Respond to and resolve Client complaints and queries. Provide customer feedback, input and information through various communication channel. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all clients.
  • Ensure the planning and execution of established safety, security, quality, and operations policies, procedures and practices of the Company.
  • Supervise the day-to-day task assignments of departments.
  • Assist with all matters relating to Clients, Sales & Marketing and Technical Departments.
  • Supervise the work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities Sales & Marketing and Technical Departments to meet the needs of the business, delegate tasks and follow-up, highlight the gaps to DGM/GM.
  • Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve company goals.
  • Analyze results and trends and prepare action plans to leverage the Company’s strengths and address areas of opportunity. Ensure the execution of all action plans.
  • Build relationships with clients for business growth.
  • Ensure health, safety and Environment (HSE) program execution and fulfill the Company safety requirement.

  • MBA Sales & Marketing ONLY
  • 08-10 years of Telecom / Commercial Power Sector experience
  • 35 – 40 Years of age
