Role: City – Marketing
Designation – Senior Executive / Executive
Band – 2D/2C
Responsibility:
- Execution of marketing campaigns and promotions at City level
- Finding ways to create membership at city level
- Effective communication in pre (banners, leaflets) and post launch (member specific texting, social events etc. ) at city level
- Effective detailed catchment analysis
- Suggesting campaigns specific to catchment requirements
- Organize catchment level activations specific to store/city
- Monitoring customer feedbacks and suggesting correction if any
- Maintain relationships with local vendors
- Contributing in Improving New Store membership drive
- Coordination with other teams like category to promote offers
Qualification: Post Graduation, preferable MBA in Marketing
Experience – 3 to 5 years
Competencies & Attributes
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Understanding of retail business
- Familiarity with social media and competitors benchmarking
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
