The successful candidate will support the department in all aspects of marketing including advertising, public relations, design and event management.
Our Marketing department is responsible for developing and delivering all marketing activity across the business in support of our sales objectives. Our team plan and design targeted integrated marketing campaigns through online and offline channels in line with our strategic marketing plan and budgets.
In terms of variety, there is plenty to keep you motivated and challenged. Depending on the role there's opportunities to be responsible for planning and managing campaigns for new and existing developments, working with key agencies to deliver media plans and marketing collateral, completing competitor analysis and market research, liaising with PR agencies, managing web content, and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITITES
You will be joining us as a Marketing Co-ordinator for our David Wilson Homes East Midlands Division based in Bardon, Leicestershire, where you will be part of the wider sales and marketing department. You will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing plans across a wide range of digital and offline channels, as well as the creation of marketing literature and point of sale.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with key agencies and systems to book media, create marketing collateral and deliver strong and compelling email and social campaigns and analysing the results for use in future campaigns. You will also be involved in customer facing events on occasion, write fresh and engaging content for the website and combine this with high quality imagery and multimedia content.
You will build strong agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, delivering a consistent approach to core marketing processes and activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Candidates for this role will be ideally educated to degree level, preferably in marketing or related subject with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of marketing. We welcome applications from new graduates and equally strong applications from non-graduates with professional experience. With the confidence to build strong relationships, you will have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Finally, the successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail as the role involves a large amount of copywriting.
