We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Personal Care team as a Marketing Coordinator at our Head Office, Cowick Hall, in East Yorkshire. In this role, working for the Marketing Manager for Beauty Effects, you will drive new developments in hair care, skin care and colour cosmetics through the coordination of projects to deliver new products to the market. Project activities include the planning of efficacy testing, establishing a product narrative, developing support materials and influencing promotional activity alongside regional teams to generate optimum return on investment. In each project, you will take the lead in ensuring that deliverables are produced in a timely fashion and to budget, working with the marketing manager and wider team to ensure that the content and output of each project can be adapted to regional or local needs. Anticipating future trends and customer/consumer needs is key to the success of our business. Part of the role is to help shape our future innovations through the collation and analysis of market data, that can be used alongside involvement in creativity and ideation forums, to build trend insights and powerful content to inspire our customers.
