APIMatic is a developer's experience platform for web APIs. Our mission is to make developers more productive through automatic code generation. The platform is comprised of three products: Developer Experience Portal, API Transformer and Code-Gen As A Service.
The heart of APIMatic is a customizable Code-Gen-Engine, which simplifies API consumption by automatically generating high quality SDKs, code samples, dynamic docs, and test cases.
Our team is equipped with innovative intellect, collaborative behaviors and customer centrism. With teams in New Zealand, USA and Pakistan, we are continuously expanding our global reach.
We are looking for an innovative Product Marketing Lead for our Islamabad office to be an integral part of our growing development & business team.
The ideal candidate must be:
- 1-3 years interning or working in a digital marketing position. (preferably in B2B business).
- Experience in Wordpress, email marketing/CRM tools e.g. Mailchimp, social and analytical tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Autopilot).
- Strong attention to detail; must be extremely detail-oriented.
- Self-starter attitude capable of owning important responsibilities and seeing them through to completion.
- Problem solver with a strategic approach to work in tight schedules.
- Curious to explore new ideas and eager to learn new marketing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates APIMatic products in the API industry.
- Develop marketing plans and content strategy for our users, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, paid media, websites and web stores.
- Demand Generation – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of company's products.
- Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
- Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing techniques that drive demand for company's products.
- Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts by collaborating intensively with development team.
- Manage website traffic and sign-ups through Search Engine Optimization & demand generation techniques.
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities.
