Retail Marketing Internship

Ferrari offers selected students with an outstanding academic track record and international mindset an opportunity to discover our business model and to contribute and learn during a 6-month internship with our Retail marketing team (part of Operational Marketing) in Maranello.
Under the tutorship of a Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you will be actively and fully involved in the main activities of the team and you will interact with a wide range of interlocutors.
In particular, you will support the Senior Retail Marketing Manager for different projects like global products launches from the early phases to the roll out to markets. Moreover, you will be involved in the portfolio performance monitoring and product performance analysis and forecast .
You will also support marketing guidelines definition and coordination across the regions/markets and you will help to the develop marketing materials in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Communication, Product Marketing…). Last but not least, you will work with your team in the Marketing budget management.
Desired Skills and Experience
You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Engineering or Economics.
You will not only have a passion for the world of luxury and excellence, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop strong initiative and entrepreneurial skills.
In this role, you will be required to exhibit strong analytical skills and to handle multiple priorities. Moreover, you will be expected to show good team working approach and energy for results.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Fluent English is a must-have while a good level of Italian is an advantage for your best local integration.
