We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Lead who will define and execute the company's brand strategy with the intent of increasing leverage in client acquisition, thereby expanding Incture's customer base and revenue. Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing plan, strategy and activities calendar by Collaborating with the business and teams to drive flagship marketing programs aligned to business objectives
Brand building awareness: Define and maintain brand architecture, Maintain and execute high level of marketing hygiene. Conceptualize and execute brand awareness campaigns, product launches etc.
Work within the sales and BD functions to integrate global best practice into regional campaigns
Execute programs from planning through delivery to achieve marketing qualified lead goals for both net-new and existing business
Manage all program activities including strategy, budget, planning, execution, analysis and optimization
Lead and Demand Generation: Devise strategies to create and nurture leads, Define tactics to maintain a high conversion of leads to sales. Support in meeting revenue growth objectives for a territory's install base of accounts in Asia Pacific / India / North America. Run it like an autonomous business.
Inside Sales: Owns the end-to-end inside sales function. Involves cold calls, audience acquisition and validation.
Field Sales Support : Support field sales on complete end-to-end Sales cycle. Involves Pre-sales, Consulting and Account Management. Lead on development of sales collaterals, success stories and sales presentation.
Demand Gen: Generates demand for cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the install base of customers and grows the existing revenue base.
Account Management: Escalate problems issues within install base of customers and named accounts (strategic accounts).
Helps uncover new growth opportunities and markets
Responsible for building, leading and directing the marketing and business development functions to ensure brand awareness and regular revenue achievement and significant opportunity growth in conjunction with the company's strategic plan
Events and webinars - Drive activation of event sponsorship. Leverage Partner events to enhance brand and drive business opportunities. Drive webinars to create portfolio awareness in association with Partner or analyst. Identify speaking opportunities in relevant events
Digital Marketing: Website development and management to enhance brand, grow traffic and drive leads generation effectively. Management of Incture's handles on social media channels - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc to drive impressions and website traffic.
PR Activity: Design and develop PR activities, manage press release development and leadership profiling.
Build Media and Analysts relations to drive brand advocacy.
Internal Marketing and communications: Manage internal communications, employee newsletter, campaigns to drive employer branding
Measurement and Marketing budget: define marketing metrics, monitor and showcase marketing function performance. Build and deliver activities with in the defined marketing budget
Partner engagement: Build and execute partner acquisition programs. Devise partner engagement model.
Vendor Management: Vendor Management, contract review and negotiations skills
Team management: Build high performance marketing team. Set right expectations and act as a mentor to the team members
