Key Responsibilities
Handling social media presence of the clients on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Periscope, Linkedin, Snapchat, Youtube and others
Creating engaging content and digital strategy for brands as per clients requirement
Coordinating with clients for new trends, ideation and promotion of the brand
Creating monthly way forwards that includes contests and ideating on innovative hashtags
Handling the Ads run for brands as per the budgets allocated by the client
Maintaining the data of activities done on the social media platform and tracking ongoing conversations on daily basis.
Generating performance reports of all social media activity and measuring the brands overall growth
Conducting regular market research and competition analysis to know about the latest trends.
Taking care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA.
Social media analysis that encompass data collection, quality checks, making logical story out of data gathered through various social media channels and developing appropriate frameworks & deriving valuable consumer insights and recommendations.
Real time tracking and responding to customers queries and complaints.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Strong communication skills with strong inter-personal skills and effective organization and planning capabilities
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Self-starter with bent for analysis and problem solving and proven track record of working with digital ad agencies
MBA preferably with Marketing as area of specialization
