Assistant Manager Marketing Research vacancy is available in Islamabad with a Leading Telecom Company in Pakistan. Marketing Research executives looking for a job opportunity having BBA or MBA in marketing with 4 years of relevant experience in research & analytics. Experience with research agencies and some exposure to telecom would be a plus.
Assistant Manager Marketing Research will be responsible for designing and execution of product, consumer and retail related researches. Job the role is to supervise existing research methodologies and evaluate new avenues/alternatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for designing and execution of product, consumer and retail related researches.
  • Supervise existing research methodologies and evaluate new avenues/alternatives.
  • Preparing strategic proposals of technical nature geared towards ensuring that research findings are conveyed in a simple yet impactful manner.
  • Devise an evaluation process to gauge the success of different TVCs, promotions, offers etc. through research.
  • Advising senior management on how to best use research findings.
  • Monthly tracking to measure brand on some key variables e.g. brand loyalty, differentiation, price competitiveness, customer experience, profile and attributes to assess performance against competition.
  • Coordinate with Business Intelligence to identify key opportunities based on customer consumption patterns and research.
  • Ensuring timely and relevant availability of Consumer Insights and Market Research information to all the stakeholders for decision making purposes.
  • Initiate quantitative studies such as Brand Health Tracking, Product /Ad Testing, Customer Satisfaction etc.
  • Responsible for Consumer Tracking Researches using different research models to measure Brand Equity & Customer Satisfaction.
  • Quarterly Tracking of Customer Satisfaction on all touch points related to Telecom Industry and reporting of performance gaps.
  • In light of overall business scenario, provide consulting services to segment, CLM, pricing, VAS and brands team.

  • Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis
