General Manager OSS is required in Islamabad with a Leading Telecom Company in Pakistan. Senior Professionals having minimum qualification of Bachelor degree in computer science or Master degree in computer science will be preferred. The resource should have 8 to 10 years of overall work experience with at least 5 years in operations management. General Manager OSS will be responsible to develop and maintain operations strategy, set up direction, guide planning process to develop the vision and business rationale and establish overall approach. Provide a robust OSS platform coupled with BSS applications to support various end-to-end telecommunication services while providing solutions in service delivery, service fulfillment and service assurance sub-domains. Responsibilities:  Monitor industry trends and identify emerging technologies that are best fit for the organization. Track service performance and ensure customer service-level agreements are met. Pro-actively identify failures and initiate resolution action. List products offered to customers and define what resources are required to deliver the service. Offer product managers service catalog to manage the service offerings and their fulfillment processes. Manage interaction between OSS and BSS processes in order to provision technical resources to complete a service order. Orchestrate the fulfilment process through service management applications.
