Being a key driver to manage all aspects of the brand’s marketing campaigns and operations, and for leading an existing team of marketing specialists. The DVP-Marketing will create and execute innovative marketing strategies to profitably increase revenue and grow the brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand positioning/ awareness.
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
Define marketing strategy and providing innovative marketing strategies for luxury residential properties.
Drive and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objective and drive leads.
Oversee creative on-line and off-line marketing campaigns including direct marketing, digital, collateral, print, advertising, branding and strategic partnerships.
Develop of product launching strategies including key marketing and publicity efforts and events.
Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of professional marketing experiences with at least four years in residential real estate would be a plus.
Deep, demonstrable understanding of marketing strategy development, execution for new and existing brands, and ability to plan effective marketing & sales promotions.
Social media strategy expertise and influencer marketing
Minimum Education Level: At least Bachelor’s degree required
